Event Planning
Full turn-key event
planning and coordination is one of our specialties. We organize events
for associations, including:

Overseeing pre-event details such
as venue scouting, site inspections, contract negotiations, menu
planning and on-site coordination, helps take the burden off the hands
of your board and committees. We manage all of the logistics of the
conference or event, and act as the liaison between the board of
directors and the venue and association members.
Our office staff will provide the
registration materials for your attendees and guide them through the
process from registration to check-in.
Site Selection
If your needs are limited to site
selection for your conference, ATD provides no-charge site selection
services to our association clients. We research hotels and other
meetings venues that match the critieria chosen by the board of
directors or meeting planner.
